This first session includes a sit-down either over a Zoom call, somewhere public or at your own premise where we go over a simple risk assessment questionnaire. We will identify your key needs and stack them towards your specific goals to define the scope of the plan. Some topics we will look at are: *What your most valuable assets are and how do you define what is most important. *What your concerns are from a security perspective. *Finding out what sort of investments you are looking at and what you would count as an ROI on those highlighted investments. * Identifying the best mitigation methods for your specific situation and how to utilize environmental design to assist in your most likely encountered crime prevention. *Tips and tricks to equipment purchases and procedural best practices inside the place of living. This would/should also include a physical assessment of your home and premises. The best way to plan a physical hardening of your specific living situation would best be assessed from the premise itself. This can also address specifics related to multi-family complexes (apartments, townhomes, hotels, etc.) and best practices as well as helping you identify what counts as your "lived-in space" versus a "communal space" and what your expectations are in each situation.
